1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the52000 platform via https://52000.bio or its associated mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using or accessing the 52000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The 52000 platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are based in a region where access to this service is not prohibited.
2. Account Registration and Security

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 52000 platform are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their accounts comply with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
The use of automated software, bots, or any method designed to manipulate the platform's systems is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, automated scripts for placing bets, software used to deceive detection systems, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
Users are prohibited from misusing, disrupting, or attempting to disrupt the technical infrastructure of the 52000 platform. Any attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise system security will be reported to the relevant authorities and the user's account will be terminated immediately.
52000 reserves the right to restrict or suspend platform access for any user who violates these rules, without prior notice or detailed explanation of the reason for suspension.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 52000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via various local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
All deposits made into your account are final and non-refundable except in circumstances specifically provided for under platform policy. You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and authorised in your own name.
Withdrawals from your account are subject to identity verification requirements and may take time to process depending on the chosen withdrawal method. 52000 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or if account verification has not been fully completed.
Any taxes or charges levied by a bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility. The 52000 platform does not cover third-party transaction costs.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
The 52000 platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, system failures, or errors in platform content. 52000's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited into that user's account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
52000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for such action include: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud or money laundering, use of false identity information, attempts to manipulate the system, or misuse of platform promotions.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited where fraudulent activity is proven. For closures requested by the user, any legitimate account balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once the required identity verification is completed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and other materials on the 52000 platform are the property of 52000 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 52000.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed removed and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
